Some of you may be asking, what is a virtual visit?  This video calling visit will allow your practitioner to safely communicate with you using a familiar application called ClockTree.

As most of you know, insurances do not cover phone consults when submitted for reimbursement.  Televisits however, are covered by most insurances companies.

For those that cannot come into the office due to scheduling conflicts, distance, and or other circumstances, this feature will allow you to still keep up with your health all with the click of a button.

All you will need to have is an active email account and a computer with a webcam. Depending on what cellular device you have, your smartphone may also have the capability to complete your televisit.  Before requesting an appointment, please be sure to fill out the Telemedicine Consent in your portal. This can be found in the questionnaire section.

15 minutes before your appointment, a link will be sent to your provided email address, and it will invite you to join the appointment. At your scheduled appointment time, your practitioner will contact you.  You will then begin your consultation, with the ability to see your practitioner on the screen.
